Petroleum marketer members are those persons, firms, or corporations actively engaged in the sale of petroleum products primarily at the wholesale level and/or persons, firms, or corporations engaged in the retail sale of petroleum products through retail convenience stores. Based on average total annual gallons sold (wholesale, retail, and resell) of all fuels sold in Alabama.

*P&CMA dues are for an annual membership period from January – December. In addition to your membership benefits, your dues also provide your membership in the Petroleum Marketers Association of America (PMAA), a national federation of 48 state and regional trade associations representing approximately 8,000 independent petroleum marketers nationwide. Your P&CMA dues payment is not deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. However, the portion of P&CMA dues expended on lobbying (24%) is not deductible. Therefore, 76% of your P&CMA dues may be tax-deductible.

Associate members shall be those persons, firms, or corporations who are vendors of equipment, services, supplies and/or affiliated products and services purchased by petroleum marketers and convenience store retailers. Dues are $550 annually.

Affiliate members shall be those persons, firms, or corporations who are refiners and/or suppliers of petroleum products for resale by wholesalers of petroleum products. Dues are $1,250 annually.
