NEW HOPE, PA (July 15, 2013) — Jeffrey Magness, Vice President of Harrison, AR-based

Magness Oil Company, has joined the Management Committee of the Petroleum Marketers Oil Company, LLC, (PMOCO) owner of the Spirit® brand. Magness will occupy the committee position long held by Bruce Holmstrom, formerly of Vancouver Oil Co., (Vancouver, WA).

Magness Oil operates throughout Arkansas and parts of Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, Louisiana and Tennessee. The company distributes all grades of gasoline, diesel and biodiesel in addition to other petroleum products to customers ranging from convenience stores and fuel stations to airports, marinas and construction businesses. Magness began working for the company, his family’s business, as a teenager. Today, in addition to his responsibilities at Magness Oil, he is owner or part-owner of several other businesses, and has logged many years of board service in Arkansas and his local community.
